Samsung Germany lost the first battle with Apple, and the result is that it will immediately suspend the sale of the tablet Galaxy 10.1, in Europe. According to Apple (and the Regional Court of Dusseldorf) Samsung infringed certain patents in the iPad integrating Galaxy 2.
The injunction is already operational in Germany (and it seems in the UK) while in other European countries it may take some time for the bureaucracy of the registration of the injunction itself.
For those wishing to purchase a Galaxy 10.1 The advice is to do it right away, possibly on the network.
Samsung will appeal but it will take months to the verdict. Personally, I think I can point out the naivete of Samsung at this time, the iPad has imitated in fact a minor component ( the tablets are all equal, but ...) as the plug-purpose or even the product packaging.
And 'now that Samsung may be excellent engineers free to draw even in the unmistakable style of Samsung tablet.
