It is respectfully state that I am a student of 2nd year in your college. My father is a poor worker with a family of five children. His income is very small. So we have to live hand to mouth. I cannot continue my education in college further without some sort of fee concession.

My academic record is very good and i am one of the most brilliant student of my class. I am a good debater of English and Urdu. I am president of English Society. I am very fond of education. I got admission in Economics and English. My father can not bear my college expenses.

Please, grant me a full fee concession so that I would continue my education.

Sir,

With due respect it is stated that i have been fined Rs.100 for not attending the classes regularly. I could not attend college for two weeks because i had been suffering form malaria. The doctor advised me full be rest. My house is far away from the city and there was no one to carry my application to the college. So, I could not send any application or medical certificate in time. My father is a poor framer and i can not pay the amount of a hundred rupees. Please, keeping my condition in view remit my fine and oblige.
