Google Docs: You can now post comments without edit content

From a few hours in Google Docs is a small but comfortable new: items created and edited using the web application will be commented in Mountain View by users. The new option of comment is in fact a step in between access to a contained in read-only or full editing capabilities.

The ability to leave room for comments can be useful because it allows you to share an item, collect any criticism and comments on it without those third parties have the opportunity to make real changes or cancellations. The comment is quite granular control over: you can limit this possibility to people who receive a specific link or content and make comments in the public domain.

The new Google Docs is presented a few weeks after the renewal of the layout provided by the developers of Mountain View, while only a few days ago were released technologies to use Gmail offline. Google Docs is only partially usable in offline mode but there are major improvements in the short term.
