The head of marketing for Windows Phone believes that Mango will acquire more than 20 percent of the market by 2015. Achim Berg, the marketing manager of Windows Phone, said, in an article by Bloomberg , that the forecasts of analysts Gartner and IDC are "conservative" and will be overcome.
Gartner and IDC give it a slightly lower share of 20% to mobile phones with the Microsoft system by 2015.
Microsoft, as you all know, has updated the Windows Phone version of Mango ; last month in Japan, Toshiba has announced the first phone with that operating system. But HTC has announced two mobile, Titan and radar, available worldwide by October.
Other producers are ready to launch new phones, probably in the autumn. It is not yet announced the date on which the owners of Windows 7 Phone can update their system to Mango.
