Nokia brings Microsoft applications on Symbian Fine

Over the past few hours, the Finnish company Nokia has announced that the latest version of its operating system, Symbian Belle, will receive an update that will implement some productivity applications from none other than Microsoft . Contrary to what you might think so, the partnership between the two manufacturers could help to trace the Symbian China instead, as suggested by some to bury it completely.

The applications of the package will be installed on all terminals compliant with the latest release of the OS include Nokia's owner Microsoft One Note, Microsoft Lynch 2010 Mobile, Microsoft Document Connection, and Microsoft PowerPoint Broadcast . Compatible terminals mentioned above not only include those marketed under the latest version of the software installed natively but also upgradeable to Symbian Belle, such as N8, C7, C6-01, E6 and E7.

According to Nokia, which will update the Microsoft applications on Symbian fine should be issued in the first quarter of next year. Before then the company will still be engaged in the Scandinavian launch of the new Windows Phone.

Another update scheduled for 2012 for the Symbian operating system could then be introduced in addition to the above tools including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point. If this were to happen would be the first time that these programs are not installed on devices based on Windows platform (as specified by Nokia itself).
