The last two
years have appeared on the shelves of books that tell about the sensational
discovery of American doctors, naturopaths. They are based on their research,
they argue that the secret to a healthy life, full of strength, energy and
vitality, is the selection of the diet according to blood group.
Christopher
J.. Hammond offers more than 80 recipes by separate food for all blood groups,
without excluding meat, fish, dairy products, but refined sugar, the body
absorbs vitamins and minerals, advises replace honey, maple syrup or beet.
Some require
as little as possible to eat meat products and bakery products (especially
those containing yeast and soda).
Whom to
believe? What food to eat to be healthy, energetic and joyful?
Vegetarians
offer to give up meat, fish, milk, since the excess cholesterol in these foods
is developing atherosclerosis.
Meat
consumption in Finland, compared to 1960, per person increased by 90%, and the
growth in consumption of pork is almost 3 times accompanied by the exponential
growth of the consumption of poultry meat - 26 times. At the same time oil
consumption has decreased by 46%. As a result, in Finland fell sharply death

refutes the theoretical positions offered to us about the relationship between
nutrition and blood groups.
We will not
go into the history of the blood due to changes in social structure, as we have
separated millions of years. However, there is reason to believe that during
the evolution of man adapts to the environment, fighting for survival, he ate
what was available to him according to his mental and physical development.
There are
many reasons and circumstances on which the feed in accordance with the blood
group is difficult, if not impossible. We have in mind the poor and people who
are on duty have to eat that "they give." For example, the military.
We surveyed
400 soldiers, specially selected for 100 people each blood group, called up
from the different republics of the CIS . All these are divided into three
groups. The first group: Russian, Ukrainian; a second group of Central Asia,
Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, Tajiks, Turkmens, Azeris; The third group - the inhabitants of
the Caucasus: Georgians, Armenians and others.
All were
given the same type of questionnaire.
The survey
results indicate that regardless of blood group everyone loves meat food. The
most commonly consumed meats residents of Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Tellingly, all persons of the Islamic faith, the house never tried dishes made
with pork meat and fat, 15-20 days of military service gladly ate soup and
porridge same with beef and pork meat. House majority liked their national
dish, usually lamb.
Russian,
Ukrainians, Georgians, Armenians Christian faith ate any meat. Ukrainians,
Russian love pork, lard, but also consume beef, chicken and rabbit, depending
on the time of year. Pork is more often in the fall and spring, when the
slaughter of pigs, chicken more often - in the autumn, when the chicks grow.
Out of 400 people did not have any vegetarian.
All
respondents like vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage; of melon -
cantaloupe, watermelon; fruits, those who are accustomed to have a child,
growing up where they were born and lived. Some like cherries, apricots,
raspberries, others - cherries, plums, peaches, apples. For imported fruits and
vegetables are indifferent and disbelief may well do without them. Ukrainians

As for dairy
products, as a child who loved the milk and ate dairy foods more often, even
adult consume dairy products with pleasure; who since childhood has not got
used to the dairy food - was indifferent to it, but if the proposed dairy food,
ate it with pleasure. Nearly all said that like to drink sweet tea (with sugar,
honey, jam) with bread and butter.
The examined
data from a survey of 400 soldiers with different blood groups on the one hand,
lead to the conclusion: adult food preferences are determined by the so-called
environmental factors, not genetics. On the other hand, there is no reason to
believe that such information would have been obtained if studies were
conducted among residents of large settlements. Perhaps it would reveal a
certain number of individuals exhibiting partiality to certain types of food
according to blood group.
As we see,
the theory of the relationship with the blood group diet, put forward in recent
years, American doctors are untenable. A common drawback of these theories is
the position of the impact of prolactin (the proteins in the composition of
food products), which, according to US scientists, causing serious harm to the
body. This is contrary to the true physical and biological process of
assimilation of food and energy production. It underestimated not only the
mechanism of digestion, energy production in the cells of the body, but do not
take into account the types of the nervous system (temperament), as well as the
constitution and other conditions.
