The construction of both solutions has been very good, even if the materials they were made the two products are not quite up to their position in the range of the two producers. The design is simple enough for both devices and has no elements which are particularly whimsical.
The performance, as we would have expected turned out to be absolutely in line with the devices with the greatest in hardware so far tested. During the period in which we could use the two terminals have never noticed particular uncertainties, as well as menu navigation and the use of the applications there has always appeared well supported by the processor and GPU.
Regarding the integration of 3D capabilities with the Android operating system, key to the success of the project 3D smartphone, we can not but express a favorable view of Optimus 3D for which LG seems to have worked so hard in this direction. A little less well HTC EVO 3D with some changes that probably more in this direction would have crushed the competition in Korea, having regard to the best-quality 3D effect.
Needless to say, expectations are high for each of the two solutions, which, of course offer an attractive tool for sure but at the same time are likely to be two dissident voices that might remain the only specimens of this category. The two solutions are on the other hand, come at a time in which a focus on innovation so important, could be a double-edged sword dividing critics between those who continued innovation and rewards those who condemn the uselessness of a tool like the 3D. The opinion is so subjective, based on the use that each makes its own terminal and that each user has on the design of the smartphone.
LG 3D Optimus is already available on the market and open market at an average price of 550 euros by operators in conjunction with a contract. As for HTC EVO 3D instead we have not yet any indication of the market place but we were informed that arrive at a list price of 569.90 euros including taxes.
